    买房租房都好贵。上个月有个同学来北京实习，租的房子就在我学校附近，魏公村那里，房主把一套房用建筑板材分隔成十几个小间分别出租，因为是短租，所以特别贵，那样一个不足四平米的隔间就要1300/month，真是太可怕了！
